  • "This was so much more than a teacher training. It has reminded my why I fell in love with Yoga in the first place, given me skills and tools to continue doing what I love and serving my community, and it gave me a community of likeminded souls for support and connection. I no longer feel so alone as a Yoga teacher. And all this while visiting the tropical paradise of Sri Lanka - Bliss!"

    Karen - Graduate

  • “Jyanti, you have such a beautiful way of teaching, and making everyone feel very welcome and safe. It is an inspiration to train with you and I am so glad I did this course. I was thinking of doing a 300hr but couldn't find the right one or afford the time and money. This was exactly what I needed"

    Patrick, Student

  • “I learned more on this course than on my 200hr! I feel like it gave me all the missing pieces to complete the puzzle to make the majestic picture that is Yoga. I can not wait to share all this wisdom and new skills with my students. It was absolutely worth the investment in my craft.

    Tara, Student

Your Hosts

Jane and Jonas are the creators and protectors of this beautiful space. Flowground came about because they wanted a place to call their own, and now, they want to share that with you.

It’s not just some project for them, it’s where their hearts are, their home, and it’s here for you too. It’s not just a place; think of it as an invite to unwind, connect, and just be.

Before their paths crossed, each of them discovered a fresh start in Sri Lanka. They ended up here after saying goodbye to thei jobs in Germany. Both of them fell in love with this country and eventually with each other.

Fuelled by the urge to create and a mutual love for yoga, they decided to start flowground.

Having your meals and accommodation tended to by our team means you can fully immerse yourself in the program. Inspired by the Wild Atlantic Way, the meals provided throughout this course will be Sattvic which means (where possible) it will be local, in season, fresh, and cooked onsite with absolute love by loving people.

This ensures the food is packed with Prana – life giving energy, that the environment is protected and that you are fuelling your body in balance with your surroundings.

Meals will be created lovingly by Derbhla and our team and each day meals will be carefully prepared to suit the environment, the weather and nourish your soul.

We promise you, you won’t go hungry! Derbhla has decades of experience hosting and cooking for groups, as well as being a dedicated Yoga Teacher herself. She has completed many of these programs herself and so she knows what it is like to be the student. This inspires the menu and allows her to be in tune with your needs and the needs of the group.
