  • "As a midwife, learning how to offer and share this practice with parents was an amazing opportunity. I believe parent and baby yoga will benefit any parent who gets the chance to practise it, at home or in a class setting. It is a privilege to be able to share and offer this practice to people who are raising the next generation and it has massively assisted me in the work I do with new parents"

    Meabh - Midwife and Graduate

  • "As someone who does not have much experience with babies the idea of holding a parent and baby class felt somewhat daunting to me prior to this training. But this training has truly reminded me of one key thing: all baby needs is their parent. As the yoga teacher, I’m there to hold and support the mums and parents however I can, so they can feel prioritised, cared for, and nourished – helping to refill their cup while they care for baby. I am now teaching regular classes and able to support my community in so many ways"

    Lily - Graduate

  • "I want to thank you so much for being part of a space where I can truly be myself. I was so nervous doing this training as I have some birth trauma and a terrible history with education. But everything was handled with such grace and ease, as well as massive space for allowing us all to learn in our own way, at our own pace. I am eternally grateful"

    Sandra - Graduate
