Did you know there’s a lot more to Pranayama than breathing?

Did you already learn Pranayama techniques but struggle to incorporate them into your classes?

Do you feel you want to learn more about these powerful and transformational practices and the benefits they can have for yourself and your students?

Have you learned lots about the physical body (physical anatomy) but not much about the subtle body (yogic anatomy)?

Would you like to learn more about Pranas, Koshas, Mantras, Nadhis, Bandas and Mudras?

Do you want to be able to allow your students truly experience Yoga in all it’s forms?

Join Jeanie Jyanti, senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer for this weekend long, residential immersion. Spend a weekend in the rolling hills of West Dingle in a cosy retreat centre with a hearty kitchen bursting with nourishment. All your needs will be tended to so you can sit back and absorb the experience.

  • "I had a truly amazing experience on my training weekend of Pranayama and Yogic Anatomy. I felt the internal benefits of the focus on breath and energy, it expanded my awareness. I had learned the concepts in my teacher training but now that I have been teaching for a few years this training allowed me to explore and understand the Pranas, Nadis, Chakras, Mudras and Mantras at a much deeper level and I have more options on how to incorporate breath work more seamlessly into my yoga teaching."

    Fiona, Graduate

  • "Since this course, pranayama feels incredibly valuable because it’s accessible to almost everyone. Not every student can move deeply or strongly, but everyone can breathe. I’ve seen how powerful it can be when students realise they have tools they can use off the mat - before sleep, during stressful moments, during exercise or when they feel overwhelmed."

    Erinn - Graduate

  • "It's taken my understanding and practice of yoga to a deeper level and I am loving it!"

    Sarah - Graduate

  • "Learning about yogic anatomy felt like someone handed me the missing pieces of a puzzle I've always been trying to solve. Yogic anatomy has helped me understand my body, mind, and spirit as a whole, not just on a physical level. I see the interconnectedness of everything my physical body, my breath, my energy, my emotions, my thoughts, and my awareness and how they all influence each other. It’s made my yoga practice feel completely different. I don’t just do poses for the stretch. I don't see it as another exercise practice. It's a practice of complete awareness of my body, mind & spirit ."

    Donna - Graduate
