The Accreditation:
All courses are accredited with the recognised Yoga Alliance Professionals – a leading organisation for yoga professionals which seeks to raise standards and best practices in the yoga industry. Upon successful completion (including some at home coursework and assessment) it will allow the participant to register their hours with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Please note we also hold our training school to even higher standards than YAP set. We believe this is important for the continuing development and education of Yoga. All our courses exceed the minimum requirements that YAP set and instead ensure that Yogic traditions are honoured, ancient wisdom is acknowledged, modern science is shared and current best practices are observed.
Intended Outcomes:
On completion of these courses, you will have gained a deeper understanding of Yoga and the gifts it offers to you individually and to your potential students. You will also have the tools, experience and confidence to begin/continue your yoga teaching journey.
You will have an established connection with your teachers and fellow students with lots of opportunity for further development and support after graduation. We will be here to support your entire Yoga Journey, whatever form it takes.
There will be plenty of support after the course finishes to ensure any issues or questions that arise can be answered.

Absolutely! We have many students join to deepen their own practices, enjoy some time immersed in yoga, be around like minded people etc. There is no requirement to want to teach or to do any of the assessments that will qualify you to teach. Even better, you don’t have to decide that until closer to the time. Start the course, see how you feel and it can be an ongoing process and decision, with our support 100% of the way!
-
Absolutely not! Age is but a number. Our courses have had ages 18 - 79 attending. We are far more concerned with how willing you are to be there, how open you are to learn and how dedicated you will be to the process.
