CC Darlington (they/them)
CC is a yoga and movement specialist working within the HSE's mental health sector. With a background in working with clients from marginalised groups, and as a proud member of both the autistic and LGBTQIA+ communities, CC brings 10 years of experience and a deep passion for facilitating spaces that are trauma-informed, disability-friendly, size-inclusive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
Workshop description
A training designed to give yoga and movement professionals the knowledge and skills needed to create inclusive, safe spaces for people of all genders. Using a a combination of information sharing and self-inquiry, learners will leave with:
- An understanding of gender diversity
- Practical strategies for creating inclusive classes and spaces
- Knowledge of how to have conversations about gender diversity and be an active advocate and ally
- Ideas for further action and learning -

Stephen Bunney (he/him)
Stephen is the owner and director of Warrior Wellness, combining his background in psychology and movement with his passion for creating safe, accessible yoga spaces. His core belief, in human strength and resilience, shapes his teaching approach - meeting students exactly where they are while helping them discover their innate capabilities.
Workshop description
This workshop will focus on the fundamentals of mindful assists - from understanding consent and contraindications to recognising when adjustments truly serve a purpose. His military background as an Organisational Psychologist brings unique insights into creating supportive learning environments where students can safely explore and grow.
Steve's teaching style combines clear instruction with practical application, delivered with his characteristic blend of professionalism and Irish humour, always emphasising safety and student autonomy.

Michelle Mayefske (she/her)
Michelle is a yoga teacher and holistic therapist based in Limerick. She is passionate about creating spaces where all people feel welcome to engage with yoga. Her teachings currently focus on enhancing accessibility, size inclusivity and how this can be created and maintained in all types of yoga classes. Michelle believes all people deserve to be seen, heard and considered in wellness spaces.
Workshop description
In a clear and compassionate way, Michelle will guide you through various considerations for people in larger bodies, not just on the mat, but off the mat also. This includes how our language, guidance and certain postures can be taught to support all bodies in the room, regardless of their shape or size. Allowing all students to feel welcome and that Yoga is indeed, for them.

Robbie Kully (he/him)
Robbie has taught Yoga across Europe and India. He believes in Yoga's universal applicability and is dedicated to sharing its broader aspects with humility and insight.
As a Yoga Teacher, Mobility Coach, Massage Therapist, and somatic practitioner, Robbie weaves together Eastern wisdom and Western science to guide students toward serenity and calm. His holistic approach addresses both physical and psychological well-being, offering a space for deep self-exploration and the transcendence of limitations.
Workshop description
Exploring the psychology and philosophy of Yoga. We will focus on Yogic teachings and how they apply to modern day psychology. Including contemplation, and awareness practices as well as discussions, exploring the depth of the mind, but approaching the person as a whole.
