Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place for all retreats and teacher training programs.

  • Deposit amounts vary by offering and are clearly stated at the time of booking.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Payment Deadlines

  • Full payment is due by [6-8 weeks] prior to the start date of the retreat or training.

  • If payment is not received by the deadline, your space may be offered to someone on the waitlist, and your deposit may be forfeited.

3. Cancellation by the Participant

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

No refund (unless your space can be filled via waitlist - minus the deposit)*

Less than 30 days

Note: If we can fill your spot from a waitlist or replacement you suggest, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

4. Cancellation by the Organiser (Yoga Teacher)

  • In the unlikely event that the retreat or training must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, minimum participant numbers not met, natural disaster), you will receive an alternative date for the training or full refund of all payments made.

  • We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur, such as travel, accommodation, or other related expenses. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

5. Transferring Your Booking

  • You may transfer your booking to another person with written notice and approval at least 30 days before the start of the event.

  • No transfer fees will be applied if approved.
