YTT 30Hr – Pranayama + Yogic Anatomy – more than Breathwork

I am delighted to share with you our 30hr YTT for yoga teachers.

You have 2 options, 2 dates, residential or non residential. Details below:

Option 1: Reiltín Retreat Centre, Dingle – 2pm Friday 10th – 6pm Sunday 12th May 2024 (Residential)

Option 2: Warrior Wellness, Kildare – 6pm Friday 14th – 6pm Sunday 16th June 2024 (Non-Residential)

Have you completed your YTT200 or higher, but feel called to explore more about Pranayama, breath work and energy direction?

Did you know there’s a lot more to Pranayama than breathing?

Did you already learn Pranayama techniques but struggle to incorporate them into your classes?

Do you feel you want to learn more about these powerful and transformational practices and the benefits they can have for yourself and your students?

Have you learned lots about the physical body (physical anatomy) but not much about the subtle body (yogic anatomy)?

Would you like to learn more about Pranas, Koshas, Mantras, Nadhis, and Mudras?

Do you want to be able to allow your students truly experience Yoga in all it’s forms?

Join Jeanie Jyanti, senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer for this weekend long, residential immersion. Spend a weekend in the rolling hills of West Dingle in a cosy retreat centre with a hearty kitchen bursting with nourishment. All your needs will be tended to so you can sit back and absorb the experience.

  • Pranayama Techniques, including their purpose, benefits/contraindications and how to sequence them.
  • Energetic Anatomy of the breath
  • Physical Anatomy of the breath

This ensures the food is packed with Prana – life giving energy, that the environment is protected and that you are fuelling your body in balance with your surroundings. Meals will be created lovingly by Derbhla and our team and each day meals will be carefully prepared to suit the environment, the weather and your soul.
