Sunrise and Superfood
Fancy starting off your day in the most beautiful space? Did you know that Yoga is traditionally practised before sunrise on an empty stomach?
Did you know Sun Salutations – Surya Namaskar were designed to be practised with the sunrise to energetically awaken the body and set up your energy for the day ahead?
If you’d like to try traditional Yoga and set up your week then you’re welcome to join us.
Oh and the BEST BIT? You’ll leave with a nourishing breakfast and superfood smoothie to ensure you can roll out of bed, meet us on the mat and head off to begin your day nourished from head to toe, inside and out. Sutra 1.1: Atha Yoga Anushasanam – Now begins the commitment to Yoga. Make this a joyous and nurturing commitment you make to yourself this year.
Akhanda Yoga
All Levels: will be suitable for beginners or people with a regular practice who have not done Akhanda Yoga before. Akhanda means whole or complete and is a yogic system of incorporating movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), mantra, meditation and yoga philosophy into one practice. Nourishing and healing, this practice will leave you balanced in body, mind and soul. All levels welcome and will be challenged but supported.
Parent and Baby Yoga
Is suitable for all new mums (and Dads!) at least 6 weeks post-partum or 12 weeks c-section post-partum. A chance to connect with other new parents, move and heal your body post birth and enjoy some quality time with your new addition.
Pregnancy Yoga
Is suitable for all expectant mums from 14 weeks to full term. Connect with other mums to be, strengthen and prepare your body and mind for labour and parenting, connect with baby, ease tension and backache and some much-needed nourishment and rest.
Restorative Yoga
This healing practice is suitable for EVERYONE and provides deep healing. Fantastic for anyone who suffers from stress, feels overworked or overwhelmed, is recovering from injury or has trouble sleeping. A much slower practice, incorporating lots of props and supports, holding the postures in comfort for about 5 minutes at a time to get deep into the connective tissue of the body and calm the mind. Bringing about peace and comfort to the body, mind and soul.
Akhanda Yoga - Dive Deeper
This class is suitable for anyone who’s done at least 6 weeks Akhanda Yoga or has a regular yoga practice (different style) and wishes to go a little deeper in the postures and the spiritual side of things. An intermediate class if you will. Not suitable for beginners but a beautiful class for those looking to get more from their yoga practice. See above for a description of Akhanda Yoga.

I’m really looking forward to welcoming you to the space.
