★★★★★ “I was a bit apprehensive about completing Prenatal Teacher Training as I have never been pregnant, but it is a subject I am really interested in and I wanted to be able to share Yoga with pregnant people in my community safely. Jyanti instantly put me at ease, and I knew I had chosen the right training. I didn’t realise what a beautiful, empowering practice I was immersing myself in. Every subject was covered – asana, breathwork techniques, yogic wisdom, the human body, and more. Jyanti’s level of knowledge is incomparable, and she shares it with passion. No question was left unanswered. I felt so confident and excited to share prenatal classes after this training and started teaching a few weeks later.” –Linda., Prenatal Yoga Graduate
