Sexy Chocolate Pots

You need these in your life! We all need more fun, pleasure and enjoyment in our life. The yogis call it Kama. It means delight or pleasure. It doesn’t have to be sexual. It can be sensual or just delightful. Feeling your clothes move on your skin, feeling the wind on your face, hearing a child laugh, the clink of glasses, that first sip of coffee. All these things require you to be present and to enjoy them. This is the aim of life!

Trust me you’ll want to be present eating these. Indulgent, unctuous and all round delightful, these will captivate your attention. Filled with stimulating ingredients to increase blood flow, energy flow and awareness they will leave you open and ready to receive all the delight you deserve.

Serve as a rich but light dessert at a dinner party, shared with a lover after dinner, with friends at a picnic or as a ritual any time of the day. A superb aphrodisiac too!

Ingredients

150ml of double cream (use coconut cream or mashed avocado to make it vegan)

25g salted pure butter (use coconut oil to make vegan)

100g of 70% dark chocolate (or higher % for more cacao love!)

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Teaspoon cinnamon

Ground coffee to taste, about 1/2 teaspoon to start. I use decaff in mine.

Salt to taste

Rose petals, dried

 

Method:

Melt all the ingredients on a low heat while stirring well.

Taste and add anything you feel is missing.

As you’re stirring energetically infuse it with the love, passion, delight that you want to call in or send out. Feel free to dance, sing, play music and enjoy the whole experience.

Pour into little cups/glasses/egg cups/espresso cups and top with rose petals.

Cool in fridge for at least 4 hours.
